● Son of Diane & Dan Pini, born in Daly City, then moved to Sunnyvale
● Lived in Sunnyvale for over 20 years, where I played S’vale Southern LL
● 41 years old, married to Jaime (Cerra) Pini, have one child - son Dante who will be 10 in December, expecting our 2nd child - girl Gianna in December / January
● Went to St. Francis HS, ‘88-’92, where I played JV, then Varsity for 2 yrs
● 13-1 Varsity record, 1st Team All WCAL Senior year, Honorable Mention Jr. Year. Went to the Final Four both years on Varsity for CCS
● Attended & played at De Anza from ‘92-’94, graduated with an AA degree
● Pre-Season All-American at De Anza, Sophomore season, 1st team all league - Conference Champions both years
● Attended & played at San Jose St. - ‘94-97
● Played Professional baseball, year 2000 in Italy, lived there for 8 months - for the Rimini Pirates - won the “Scudetto” / Championship - had a 1.72 ERA in over 25+ innings mostly as a RP, 1st pro start - CG Shutout
● Got into coaching year 2009 at St. Francis - Freshman Pitching Coach
● 2010 - moved up to JV Pitching Coach - won league
● Moved up to Varsity for the 2010 CCS playoffs
● 2011 to present, Varsity Pitching Coach at St. Francis HS
● Have won regular season league title 6 years in a row
● Won the WCAL playoffs 2 times
● Won CCS 3 times, where we have gone 3 out of the last 4 CCS titles and back to back CCS titles in 2015 & 2016
● For 6 years, our highest TEAM ERA has been 1.61, overall of 1.29 TEAM ERA
● Over 135+ wins in 6 years as a Varsity program
● Coached the “Gamers Baseball Club” a 13U travel team based out of the Bay Area
● Run a camp out of SFHS, on Wednesday nights, 2 times a year, called ‘Hacks & Hurlers - focusing on hitting & pitching
● Offer private 1 on 1 pitching lessons, as well as the ability to do Pitching clinics
