Anthony Siri
Owner/Hitting & Pitching Instructor ~Anthony Siri is a San Jose native, and currently resides in Los Gatos with his wife Valerie and son Eli. Anthony attended Leland High School in San Jose, Ca where he excelled in both football and baseball all four years. Anthony was recognized as All League and All County in both sports before graduating in 1992. Anthony's passion for Baseball did not stop there as he went on to play at West Valley College where he was the starting shortstop his freshman year. Anthony then attended San Jose City College where he was converted into a pitcher. The summer following his stay at San Jose City College Anthony was invited to play in the North Woods League where he played for the Wausau Woodchucks in Wausau Wi. This league was designed for elite College players to showcase their talents and travel the Midwest to play other teams. After a year at each school Anthony earned a full scholarship to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock where he played Division 1 baseball for the Trojans in the Sun Belt Conference. Anthony was named Captain his Junior and Senior year for the Trojans. Anthony's fondest moment while in college was his one hit, complete game shut-out against Louisiana Tech his Junior year. Anthony was asked by Former Head Coach Brian Rhees of the Trojans to stay on a Coach the Trojans in 1997 as an assistant where he wore many hats. Hitting, Pitching and recruiting were a huge part of his responsibilities in the 1997 year. Anthony is now the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Leland High School in San Jose, Ca. Anthony graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1997 with a B.S. in Health Education.

Anthony has over 20 years in the game either playing or coaching. Anthony is now following his dream and as of February 1, 2005 that dream became a reality.
Brody Gregg
Instructor ~Brody joins the Sirious Baseball team from Chicago where he was the director of baseball for Acceleration Illinois. Acceleration is skills, speed and agility enhancement facility in the Chicago land area. Brody collegiate career started in Southern Illinois at Olney Central J.C., where he was two years all-conference and two years all-region. Brody led the league in hitting and was selected All-American his sophomore year. Upon graduation went to Texas Tech on a full scholarship. There Brody was team captain and was selected SWC all tournament outfielder his senior year. Brody then went to Champagne Illinois where he signed a contract with the Champagne Urbana Bandits(Independent). After that went back to Texas Tech and served as an assistant, responsibilities included hitting and outfield. After a coaching stint under coach Larry Hayes found his way back to Onley Central. There, Brody was the head assistant under Dennis Conley. Brody's responsibilities included middle infield, outfield, hitting and recruiting. Along with his coaching responsibilities he also scouted for two major league teams (Brewers/Reds) four out of the five years he was there. He bringsover 10 years of coaching/playing at the collegiate/professional level to Sirious Baseball.
Ross Headley
Director of Fitness/Skills Instructor ~Ross Headley is an important asset to the Sirious Staff. Sports and Athletics have always been a part of Ross's life. While growing up, Ross excelled in numerous team sports such as Football and Baseball and individual sports with golf, tennis and karate. Ross attended St. Francis in Mountain View California and continued competing in Baseball, Football, Track and Basketball. Ross was named Footballs Central Coast Section Defensive Player of the year, WCVAL MVP and elected to the Shriners North South All Star in 1990. Ross then attended the University of Wisconsin Whitewater where he earned All Conference honors as a defensive back and punt returner. Ross was also elected to play in the All American Bowl played in Mexico. After graduating from UW-W with a BS in Physical Education, Ross worked as a personal trainer at Fitness 101 in Menlo Park for 5 years gaining valuable knowledge and experience. Ross coached Football at Woodside High School from 1998-2002 were he was the defensive back coach and Defensive Coordinator. He also coached Joe Dimaggio baseball for two years in Redwood city. In 2003 Ross started Heads up Fitness, his own Sports development and personal training company that specializes in sports specific training. Ross has a passion for working with young athletes and wants to get the most out of them through hard work and dedication to their respective sport. Teaching athletes the importance of flexibility, balance and coordination as well as proper body mechanics and body control allows the athlete to become faster and quicker and stronger in competition. Ross has been the speed and conditioning coach at the Jeff Garcia youth camp for the past two years as well as trained Jeff when he was with the San Francisco 49ers. Ross is excited to be a member of the Sirious Staff.
Bob Tarantino
Fielding/Skills Instructor ~Bob was a four year standout in both baseball and football at St. Francis High School in Mountain View, CA. During his high school career, Bob was named First Team All-Peninsula, First Team All-CCS, and San Jose Mercury News First Team All-Santa Clara County his junior and senior years for both sports. In addition, Bob was named the WCAL baseball MVP his senior year. After being heavily recruited by schools such as Santa Clara University, University of Oregon, Villanova, and UC Davis, among others, Bob decided to accept an athletic scholarship from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo. Bob enjoyed playing four years of Division I baseball against collegiate powerhouses such as Fresno State, Stanford University, Pepperdine University, Cal State Long Beach, and Cal State Fullerton. Bob has received training from some of the nation's finest coaches including Mark O'Brien (head coach of Santa Clara University), Rich Price (head coach of the University of Kansas), and Tom Kunis (Stanford University). After his playing career, Bob spent one year as assistant varsity coach at Morro Bay High School in Morro Bay, CA. Upon returning to the Bay Area, he also spent one season as a special skills instructor at St. Francis High School. Bob graduated with a B.S. in Social Sciences, and is currently living in San Jose with his wife and 2 year old daughter. Bob has a lifelong passion for the game and is excited to share it with the Sirious baseball team.
Josh Kreuzer
Hitting/Skills Instructor ~Josh attended Leigh High School in San Jose, California where he played baseball and basketball. Josh was a three year starter on the varsity basketball team and a four year starter on the varsity baseball team. Josh won first team all league honors his junior and senior year in basketball, and also won sophomore, junior, and senior of the year honors in baseball in the Central Coast Section. In Josh's senior season he helped the Leigh Longhorns to a CCS division one baseball title. Josh then attended West Valley College in Saratoga, California where he was all state in both years of attendance in baseball. Josh was also voted MVP of the state of California his sophomore year at West Valley. At the end of Josh's sophomore season, he was selected by the Texas Rangers in the 16th round of 2002. He has been playing professionally for 4 years ever since and is currently playing for the Toronto Blue Jays where he hopes to be playing in Double A for the New Hampshire Fisher Cats of the Eastern League.
Josh is excited to be with the Sirious Baseball Staff where he will bring a wealth of knowledge in all areas of Baseball.
Jason Schlutt
Pitching Instructor ~Jason joins the Sirious Baseball team with a history of five seasons pitching in the San Diego Padres minor league system. As a left handed power pitcher with a fastball consistently clocked in the mid 90s, he was drafted in the 7th round of the 1993 Major League Baseball Draft where he played at various stops ending his career at the AAA level in 1997. He attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison where he was awarded rookie of the year for his outstanding freshman year. He then went on to play for the University of Central Florida, where in 1993, was awarded Trans America Athletic Conference honors. Jason still ranks among the Michigan high school state leaders in overall wins, ERA, and strikeouts. His most recent honor in 2005 includes, being inducted into Lakeshore's high school sports hall of fame. In addition to his stint in baseball, Jason obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has had a successful career as a Construction Management professional in Silicon Valley for the past 10 years. He brings over 16 years of college and professional baseball experience to Sirious baseball.
Mark 'Obie' Obenour
Hitting Instructor ~Mark joins the Sirious Baseball staff with 11 years of coaching experience. He is an alumni of St. Francis High School in Mountain View, where he was a utility player for coach Chris Bradford. From there, he attended De Anza College playing under Tom Kunis (Stanford University). After 2 years at De Anza, Mark accepted a scholarship to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where he played for coach Rich Price (University of Kansas), Mark O'Brien (Santa Clara University) and Mike Oakland (St. Francis High School). Mark graduated from Cal Poly in 1998 with a B.A. in Speech Communication. After his collegiate career came to an end, Mark accepted a position as an Assistant Coach at Mission College. He worked under Todd Egan (Mission College) as the outfield and hitting coach. After one year at Mission, he went back to his alma mater, De Anza College in the same coaching role. Mark has also worked as an instructor at the Stanford Baseball Camp as well as the Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo Baseball Camp. Mark is very excited to join the Sirious team where he will be a hitting instructor. He currently resides in Los Gatos with his wife Stephanie and his son Oliver.
