Our Sirious Staff has taught hundreds of players over the years. Our Instructors are organized, professionals and will have a detailed plan fit for your player. Everyone is different and learns at different speeds. Our staff are experts in getting through to the player and getting results. Our staff will challenge your player and get the most out of each session. Hour lessons we can focus on one or two skill sets if desired. ALL CANCELATIONS ON LESSONS NEED TO BE DONE 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE TO AVOID A CHARGE
Lesson and Lesson package refund policy:
Refunds are NOT issued for missed lessons or lessons cancelled less than 24hrs before the scheduled lesson.
Refunds are NOT guaranteed and are considered on case by case basis. If compensation is determined to be in order, it will be by means listed in the guidelines below
Lesson compensation guidelines:
When a lesson or lesson package is purchased, but the customer is unable to use the lesson, and compensation is in order, the following options are available:
Credit for the lesson can be held on the customer’s profile indefinitely until the customer is ready to schedule the lesson. The value of this option is equivalent to that of a single lesson (currently $100)
The actual paid value of the lesson can be converted to store credit that the customer may use to purchase other Sirious products including batting cage tokens, rentals, and apparel. (*See below for explanation of determining paid value)
The actual paid value for the lesson can be refunded to the original form of payment, minus a 5% processing fee. (*See below for explanation of determining paid value)
Explanation of actual paid value for a lesson
If a single lesson is purchased at regular price then the paid value is that price.
If a single lesson is purchased on sale, then the paid value is that sale price.
If a package for multiple lessons is purchased, then the paid value of the lesson is the difference between the purchased package price and the next lower sized package price. (Ie if a triple play package was purchased for $290, the next lower sized package is a double play packaged for $195. The difference between the two, $95, is the paid value)
If a package for multiple lessons is purchased on sale, then the paid value of the lesson is the difference between the purchased package sale price and the next lower sized package price. (Ie. If a triple play package was purchased on sale for 10% off, or $261, the next lower package is a double play package for $195. The difference between the two, $66, is the paid value)
